Effective from: 23 September 2026

Slovensky

1. Platform operator

The Link IT Pros online platform, available through linkitpros.sk, is operated by:

Business name: BJ Nexus s. r. o.

Company ID: 57814805

Tax ID: 2123210595

Registered office: Hontianska Vrbica 125, 935 55 Hontianska Vrbica, Slovak Republic

Commercial Register: District Court Nitra, Section Sro, Insert No. 71203/N

E-mail: jan.bodi@linkitpros.eu

In these Terms, the operator is referred to as “Operator”, “Link IT Pros”, “we” or “us”.

These terms of use are referred to as the “Terms”.

2. Purpose of the platform

Link IT Pros is a technology platform designed to connect IT professionals with recruiters and companies looking for candidates for employment, business or other professional cooperation.

The platform may allow users to:

create a professional profile,

provide information about education, experience and technical skills,

complete technical tests,

present portfolios and projects,

search for candidates,

compare candidate profiles with requirements,

display matching scores or recommendations,

unlock candidate contact details,

communicate with other users.

Link IT Pros is a technology and intermediary platform. The Operator is not the employer of any candidate, a recruitment agency representing users, or a party to any employment, commercial or other legal relationship that may arise between a candidate and a company.

The Operator does not guarantee that use of the platform will result in a job offer, the identification of a suitable candidate, the conclusion of an employment contract or the commencement of any other cooperation.

3. Users

The platform may primarily be used by the following groups:

3.1 Candidate

A candidate is an individual who creates a professional profile and is interested in employment or other professional opportunities.

3.2 Recruiter or company

A recruiter or company is a legal entity, self-employed individual or individual authorised to act on behalf of a company who uses the platform to search for, assess and contact candidates.

A recruiter account is not intended for an individual using the platform solely for private purposes and not acting in connection with business or professional activities.

If a user enters into an agreement in connection with their business or professional activities, that user is considered a business user. If an individual uses the service outside their business or professional activities, that individual is considered a consumer to the extent provided by applicable law.

4. Registration and user account

When registering, the user must provide true, accurate, current, complete and non-misleading information.

The user must not:

create an account in another person’s name without authorisation,

create an account on behalf of a company without authorisation,

impersonate another person,

provide false or misleading information.

The user must protect their login credentials and prevent unauthorised access to them. The user is responsible for the use of their account and activities carried out through it, unless the user proves that the misuse occurred without their fault.

A user account is created upon successful completion of registration and acceptance of these Terms. Certain functions may only become available after e-mail verification or approval by the Operator.

For recruiter and company accounts, the Operator may request information or documents necessary to verify the existence of the company and the user’s authority to act on its behalf. Company ID verification may not be automatic and may not constitute a complete legal verification of the company.

5. Candidate obligations

The candidate is responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness and currency of the information provided in their profile, especially information concerning:

education and work experience,

technical skills and proficiency,

previous employment and projects,

portfolio and work results,

location and availability,

preferred type of work or cooperation,

telephone number and e-mail address,

country of residence,

right to work, where such information is requested on the platform.

The candidate must reasonably update their information. If the candidate is no longer interested in job opportunities or is no longer available, the candidate must update the profile status or inform the Operator.

The candidate must not upload or include in their profile:

content for which they do not hold the necessary rights,

confidential information belonging to a current or former employer,

personal data of other individuals without a legal basis,

content infringing third-party rights,

false, fraudulent, offensive or unlawful information.

6. Verification and technical tests

The Operator is not required, and may not be able, to independently verify all information provided by a candidate.

This includes, in particular:

employment history,

education,

projects,

references,

technical skills,

right to work,

candidate availability,

authenticity of a portfolio.

Technical tests, scores, matching percentages, automated recommendations and other assessments generated by the platform are provided for informational purposes only.

A test result:

is not an official certification,

does not guarantee professional competence,

does not guarantee work performance,

does not guarantee suitability for a particular position.

Before entering into cooperation, the recruiter or company must conduct its own assessment of the candidate and, where appropriate, verify the candidate’s experience, references, education, authorisations and other relevant information.

7. Recruiter and company obligations

A recruiter or company may use candidate information only for:

recruitment,

candidate assessment,

professional communication,

preparation of potential employment or other professional cooperation.

Without an appropriate legal basis, a recruiter or company must not:

sell candidate information,

provide it to unauthorised third parties,

publish it,

copy or export it in bulk,

use it for unsolicited marketing,

use it for discriminatory purposes,

use it for any purpose other than recruitment and professional contact,

retain it longer than necessary for the relevant purpose.

The recruiter or company is responsible for lawful processing of candidate information after receiving it and for communications conducted outside the platform.

Depending on the specific purpose and method of processing, a recruiter or company may act as an independent controller of personal data. Further information is available in the Privacy Policy.

Recruiters and companies must comply with equal-treatment and non-discrimination rules.

8. Paid services and pricing

Some platform services may be subject to payment. These may include:

unlocking a candidate’s contact details,

packages of unlocks,

premium features,

advanced search functions,

additional services.

The current price, service content, number of unlocks, bonuses, discounts and any limitations are stated in the Price List or directly before the order is confirmed.

Before payment, the user will be informed of:

the total price,

the scope of the service,

the payment method,

the service validity period,

any limitations,

complaint and withdrawal rules.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment system specified on the platform.

After successful payment confirmation, the service may be activated automatically.

9. Ordering paid services

Before submitting an order, the user will have the opportunity to review and correct the entered information.

An order is submitted by clicking a button or using another element clearly indicating the payment obligation, such as “Order with obligation to pay”.

After receiving an order, the Operator may send confirmation to the e-mail address provided with the order.

If the user is a consumer and a digital service is made available before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the consumer will be informed before the service begins about the legal consequences of such action.

The consumer expressly requests that the digital service begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that, once the service has been fully provided, the consumer may lose the right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Validity of purchased unlocks

Purchased and unused unlocks are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or activation, whichever is later, unless a different period is stated for a specific package or promotion.

After this period, unused unlocks expire without a right to reimbursement, unless applicable law or an individual agreement provides otherwise.

Bonus unlocks may have a separate validity period. This period will be stated when the bonus unlocks are granted.

If the Operator prevents the use of unlocks for a substantial part of their validity period, the Operator may reasonably extend their validity or provide another remedy required by law.

11. Complaints concerning unlocked contacts

A recruiter or company may submit a complaint concerning an unlocked candidate contact within 14 days from the date on which the contact was unlocked.

A complaint may be submitted through the complaint form or by e-mail to jan.bodi@linkitpros.eu.

A complaint may be justified in particular if:

the telephone number or e-mail address is invalid,

the contact does not technically work,

the candidate cannot be contacted after reasonable and demonstrable attempts,

the candidate states that they are not interested in any employment or professional opportunity,

the candidate provided false information about their availability,

another demonstrable error prevented the contact from being used for its agreed purpose.

The recruiter or company must state the reason for the complaint and briefly describe the attempts made to contact the candidate. The Operator may request additional information.

If the complaint is accepted, the Operator may provide a replacement unlock. Up to two replacement unlocks may be provided for one originally purchased unlock, unless otherwise agreed; this does not affect rights that cannot be restricted by law.

The fact that a candidate and a company did not enter into an employment contract or other cooperation does not automatically create a right to a replacement unlock.

A replacement unlock will generally not be provided if communication took place but the parties did not agree on salary, remuneration, working conditions, job duties or other terms of cooperation.

This section does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

12. Candidate services and beta operation

During the beta operation, registration and use of a basic candidate profile may be free of charge.

In the future, the Operator may introduce paid services for candidates, including:

a one-time registration fee,

a monthly or annual subscription,

paid profile promotion,

advanced features,

other digital services.

Introducing a new paid service will not automatically make an existing account subject to payment.

Before ordering a service, the candidate will be informed of its price, content, duration and conditions. Payment will only be made on the basis of the candidate’s express order.

If a paid digital service begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the candidate will be asked to separately confirm the commencement of the service and will be informed about any possible loss of the right of withdrawal.

13. Success fee

During the beta operation, no success fee will be charged for the successful hiring of a candidate or the commencement of cooperation with a candidate unless expressly agreed between the Operator and the company.

Any future success fee will be governed by a separate agreement, order or special terms.

Such agreement will specify, in particular:

the amount of the success fee,

the conditions triggering the fee,

the due date,

the company’s notification obligation,

any exceptions,

rules concerning repeated or subsequent cooperation.

A success fee will not apply retroactively to unlocks or cooperation completed before the relevant terms were accepted.

14. Prohibited conduct

The user must not:

provide false or misleading information,

impersonate another person,

act for a company without authorisation,

automatically collect or copy platform data in bulk,

circumvent payment or security mechanisms,

attempt unauthorised access to accounts or databases,

use candidate information contrary to its purpose,

publish unlawful, fraudulent, offensive or misleading content,

use the platform for discrimination or harassment,

interfere with the security, availability or operation of the platform,

use bots, scrapers or other automated tools without the Operator’s written consent,

circumvent paid platform features.

15. Suspension and termination of accounts

The Operator may temporarily suspend, restrict or terminate an account if the user:

violates these Terms,

violates applicable law,

provides false or misleading information,

misuses personal data or platform functions,

threatens the security of the platform or its users,

uses a recruiter account without authorisation,

repeatedly fails to respond to reasonable requests from the Operator,

uses the platform for fraudulent, discriminatory or unlawful activities.

Where circumstances permit, the Operator will notify the user before taking action and provide a reasonable opportunity to remedy the violation.

Prior notice may not be provided in particular in cases involving:

a serious violation,

a security risk,

suspected unlawful conduct,

the need to protect other users,

a legal obligation to act immediately.

The user may request account termination through the account settings or by contacting the Operator.

Termination does not affect rights and obligations which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination.

16. Content and account decisions

If the Operator removes content, restricts its visibility, suspends an account or otherwise restricts the use of the platform, the affected user will be informed of the reasons for the action to the extent required by applicable law.

The notice may include:

a description of the relevant content or conduct,

the specific provision of these Terms that was violated,

the legal basis for the action,

the scope and duration of the measure,

information about available complaint or appeal options.

The user may request a review of the decision by e-mailing jan.bodi@linkitpros.eu.

The request should include the account identification, a description of the contested decision and the reasons why the user requests a review.

The Operator will review the request within a reasonable time and without undue delay.

Users’ rights under directly applicable European Union legislation remain unaffected.

17. Reporting unlawful content

Suspected unlawful content, fraudulent profiles or violations of these Terms may be reported to jan.bodi@linkitpros.eu.

A report should include:

a link to or identification of the content,

the reason for the report,

relevant circumstances,

the reporter’s contact details if a response is requested,

any additional information or evidence available.

Reports will be assessed within a reasonable time and without undue delay. Making a report does not automatically mean that the content will be removed.

Depending on the nature of the violation, the Operator may:

restrict the visibility of content,

remove content,

request an explanation from the user,

suspend an account,

terminate an account,

refer the matter to competent authorities where required or permitted by law.

18. Availability and liability

The Operator seeks to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the platform. However, the Operator cannot guarantee continuous availability without interruptions, errors or technical limitations.

The platform may temporarily be unavailable due to:

maintenance,

updates,

security measures,

supplier failures,

internet connection failures,

events beyond the Operator’s reasonable control.

The Operator is not responsible for:

the accuracy of information provided by users,

decisions made by users based on a profile or test,

communications between users,

the conduct of recruiters or companies outside the platform,

whether users enter into or fail to enter into cooperation.

The Operator is not liable for damage to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Liability cannot be excluded or restricted where applicable law does not permit this, including liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence and consumer rights that cannot be excluded by agreement.

19. Personal data protection

Personal data processing is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy includes information about:

the purposes of processing,

legal bases,

categories of personal data,

recipients of personal data,

retention periods,

data-subject rights,

automated decision-making and profiling,

contact details for exercising rights.

The candidate acknowledges that information intended to present their professional profile may be made available to authorised recruiters and companies to the extent and under the conditions stated on the platform.

To the extent that the platform allows it, the candidate may adjust the visibility of their profile or request correction or deletion of their data.

20. Changes to these Terms

The Operator may reasonably update these Terms, in particular due to:

changes to the services,

changes to prices,

new features,

security reasons,

changes in legal requirements,

changes to the business model.

The current version will be published on the platform together with its effective date.

If a change is material and significantly affects the rights or obligations of a registered user, the Operator may inform the user through the platform or by e-mail.

New fees or paid services will not automatically be charged to an existing user without the user’s prior order or express consent.

21. Account termination and data after termination

The user may request account termination through the account settings or by e-mail.

After termination, the Operator may delete or anonymise profile information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Operator may retain certain information after account termination where necessary:

to comply with a legal obligation,

for accounting or tax purposes,

to establish, exercise or defend legal claims,

to handle complaints,

to protect the security of the platform,

to prevent repeated misuse of the platform.

22. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.

This does not affect mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which a consumer has their habitual residence where those provisions provide a higher level of protection.

Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes with the Operator through mutual communication as a first step.

Consumers may also use applicable alternative dispute-resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

These Terms are effective from 23 September 2026.

23. European service scope and right to work

The platform is intended for candidates and authorised recruiters or companies from European Union Member States. Availability of particular features, countries and languages depends on the current platform configuration. Publication of these Terms does not itself mean that the service has been activated in every country.

The candidate must provide an accurate country of residence. Residence is not a statement of citizenship and does not itself prove a right to work in any country. Candidates residing outside the EU may be asked to declare whether they currently have the right to work in any EU country and, if so, which countries. They must update this information when it changes. The platform does not independently verify such declarations, and they do not guarantee a visa, residence status or work permit.

Under the current scope of the service, a profile of a candidate residing outside the EU is not activated if the candidate does not declare a current right to work in at least one EU country. A candidate may request human review of an incorrect entry or exceptional situation at jan.bodi@linkitpros.eu. This rule is assessed using declared residence and work authorisation, not ethnic origin.

Recruiters may see the country of residence and, for a candidate residing outside the EU, the declared work authorisation and countries in the available profile. Before recruitment, they must independently verify the actual right to perform the intended work in the relevant country and observe equal-treatment rules. Country or city search and filtering is available only to the extent that these features are actually enabled on the platform.

The Slovak version of these Terms prevails in the event of differences between language versions, without prejudice to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
